Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12 months in oak. TASTING NOTES Intense and enfolding bouquet and a warm, full and aromatic flavor of ripe cherries with coffee hints. Dry and fresh on the palate with good depth of flavors. Tart cherry, red plum, strawberries and fig please the nose and palate. High acidity and firm tannins. FOOD PAIRING Best with wild game, lamb, veal cutlets or flavorful pastas and Tuscan cuisine.
