Dry and fresh on the palate with good depth of flavors. Tart cherry, red plum, strawberries and fig please the nose and palate. High acidity and firm tannins. FOOD PAIRING Best with wild game, lamb, veal cutlets or flavorful pastas and Tuscan cuisine.

By Vol WINEMAKING Grapes harvested at perfect phenolic ripeness then Crushing and destemming of the grapes, maceration, fermentation at a controlled temperature, and soft pressing. TASTING NOTES Excellent body matured in little French oak kegs and then in bottles. It is a dark, ruby red wine, with the slightest of garnet- colored reflections. FOOD PAIRING An accompaniment to roasts of red meat, to game and to matured cheeses.
The wine with a deep and intense color, result of a generous summer, opens in a wide and visceral sip with overlapping of fragrance of plum and red fruits, notes of tobacco, shaded by a puff of leather and chocolate. In an elegant and enveloping mouth, the dense and compact tannin gives the impulse for an inviting, long and savory finish.
